Suites & Residences

One hundred and fifty rooms,
one old river town.

Every suite at the Emberlyn sits above the casino floor within the old timber frontage on Wyle Cop — so a session at the tables ends with the river, not a taxi.

A good casino hotel is judged by how easily you can stop for the night. At the Emberlyn, the casino and the rooms share one timber-framed building: play blackjack, roulette or a hand of cards in the Shearmen's Room, then climb a few stairs to a suite with the rooftops of Shrewsbury at the glass.

The 150 suites run from a Wyle King to the corner Emberlyn Suite, each dressed in oak, wool-check and warm brass. Below them, the casino floor, six kitchens and a riverside spa mean a two-night stay can hold as much play — or as much rest — as you like.

The Stay

Made for the
market-town break.

A hearth lounge, a riverside spa, six kitchens and a casino floor that never hurries you — everything at the Emberlyn is arranged so a two-night stay feels like a proper Shropshire escape, with the tables always a few stairs away.

Rates are illustrative of a five-star timber-framed casino-hotel concept; the Emberlyn is a fictional hotel, so no bookings are taken on this site and no real-money play happens online.
